Our general terms and conditions for your stay at the Fränkische Schweiz campsite in Tüchersfeld.

Services offered

The offers on our website do not constitute an order, but are merely an invitation to make an offer. All our offers, in particular by email or post, are non-binding and subject to change.

Booking

Binding reservations can only be accepted online via our website and are subject to acceptance of our General Terms and Conditions and payment of a deposit. Our online booking system offers you the option of booking by pitch area (family pitch, tent pitch). Unfortunately, requests regarding pitch numbers cannot be considered online.

Important information

Our online booking system only offers availability in accordance with the above booking rules. Our tip: If you cannot find a suitable offer - change the period of stay, the number of desired days and the arrival/departure day if necessary. If this is not successful, you have the option of sending us a non-binding enquiry. We will be happy to prepare a customised offer for you.

Deposits

The realisation of a binding online booking is linked to the entry of your personal data, the acceptance of our general terms and conditions and the payment of a deposit of 30,00 €.

Booking requests

Unfortunately, our online booking system does not offer the possibility to book the number of a desired pitch or the location of a specific accommodation. However, you have the option of entering the desired number of your pitch or accommodation in the Special requests/remarks text field. We will do our best to fulfil your wishes.

Arrival & Departure

Booked pitches are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure at the latest.

If your arrival is significantly delayed, please let us know. If you do not notify us, your pitch or accommodation will only be kept free until 9.00 p.m. and will then be reallocated without compensation

Cancellation

You can of course cancel your booking at any time before departure.

In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:

• no cancellation fee up to 5 days before the agreed arrival date
• from 4 days before the agreed day of arrival € 30.00 of your deposit

Prices

The prices calculated in our online booking system are inclusive of VAT. The tourist tax is included in the price. We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of system errors and refer to the current price lists.

Price changes, printing errors, system errors and mistakes, as well as changes to offers are reserved.
